Year 2012

We are making a few changes. Those of you have not been signing up lately, please start to do so. This makes our planning much easier when we know the estimated number of players will come. Specially since the snow bird season is not too far away, we may need to split up into two groups to eliminate excessive wait time.

Starting January 2012, each session will be limited to 18 players. Spots will be "first come first serve" basis. Each Week the Session List, and players, will be posted on the Website. The sessions will be as follows:

Session A

Beginners/Recreational players
Saturday 12-2pm
Shuttle Fee: $3.50/person/session

Session B

Intermediate/Advanced players
Saturday 2-5pm
Shuttle Fee: $3.50/person/session

Players can play for both Saturday sessions for $4.50

Session C
All level players
Monday 6:15-8:50pm
Shuttle Fee: $3.50/person/session

If you sign up and decide you cannot come, regardless of the reason, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange with other players to fill the spot.

No-show's

Any player who signed up but then doesn't show up and doesn't provide any advance notice will be treated as a "no-show". "No-show" players will still be required to pay the Shuttle Fee from the session he/she signed up before being allowed to play again.

Walk-in's

You can still walk-in to play if you decide not to sign up, but a spot will not be guaranteed for you. If there are already 18 players, you will not able to play until someone leaves. All walk-ins will be be given any open spots, or any spots that become open later, on a "first come first serve" basis.

Regulars

If players can commit to come to a specific session regularly, then they can sign-up as "Regulars". "Regulars"do not need to sign up for the qualified session every time and receive special Saturday pricing. The requirements are as follows:

1) player must attended the specific session at least 75% of the time. This will be done on a Monthly basis, and the previous month will be used to make this determination.

2) The Player must not owe any late dues, nor have any "no show" fees outstanding

3) "Regulars" must notify us if he/she cannot come, otherwise we will assume he/she can come every time. Any absence without notice will treat as "no-show".

If a regular can meet all the qualifications for both Session A and Session B, they can play both Saturday sessions for $3.50

Please note that the Shuttle Fee has increased. This is necessary due to the rising cost of shuttles. Thank you for understanding
